The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the rooms were well priced and very clean. The location, situated on the south island of Koh Samui, was a peaceful and secluded spot surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They upgraded my room to one with a pool and even provided a driver to take me to dinner, free of charge. Additionally, they allowed for a late check-out, giving me extra time to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Everything was spot on.

I liked the location of the hotel in the country side and it is in a very calm area and it is really suits the couple who wants to see the nature and the plants and the good thing of the country side. The staff are very helpful and very gentil and the area is a piece of paradise.
The transportation to the closest city is difficuilt and very expensive .The hotel is about 10 Kms far from the nearest busy city and it is not easy to get to their .

Staff were attentive to every need, gracious and helpful, especially the assistant manager, who was like a 'best friend'.! The hotel setting and the beach were idyllic, for lovers of peace, tranquility and nature. We also loved the sculptures and artifacts which enhanced the gardens and decorated the rooms. The partner hotel's restaurant (Asia Senses?) on the mountain was amazing! Made us feel like royalty!
The Ban Kao hotel restaurant was very expensive, and the food not up to expectations on the night we ate there.(However, breakfast and lunches were fine). Not many other locations to eat close by, so needed transport if staying for more than a few days.

We had an amazing Christmas stay at this resort. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and provided a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and decorated in a traditional Thai style, with modern touches. We loved the separate living area with a TV, video, and Hi-Fi, as well as the well-equipped fridge. The large bathroom and private terrace were also great additions. The location, although remote, was perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway with stunning views of the surrounding hills and local fishing villages nearby.
The remote location, which made it a bit difficult to access nearby amenities. We had to rely on taxis, which were quite expensive, to reach the main road and other areas of interest.

Absolutely nothing- I will email my complaint to [email protected]
In all the hotels we have stayed in around the world this was by far the very worst. Room was so damp (pictures attached) and smell of dampness was overwhelming. Reception staff insited that we pay in full before being shown to our room. No way would I have stayed if we didnt pay for it already. No money back and no apologoes from anyone-staff or management. Reception would not call us a taxi to leave the resort when we stated that we did not wish to dine in their restaurant-which is hughly over priced for the area and competing hotels and resorts. 7,000 thb for meal for 2 !!!!

Amazing secluded getaway! Absolutely loved the tropical surroundings and the private pool. the rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast served with fresh juices and fruits. the spa treatment we had was also amazing, and the peace and quiet was perfect for a weekend getaway.
The location is quite far from the main attractions, but this adds to the secluded nature of the hotel. the cost of the hotel taxi service was a bit expensive, but it was easy to arrange a taxi from the hotel to explore the nearby beaches and tourist spots.
